Simply Efficient did a great job replacing my gas furnace and AC to electric heat pump and air handler. They provided an itemized list of all costs from the starts to avoid any surprises in the end, and gave the best estimate among different companies I talked with. They walked me through different options and provided me with the potential incentives I could get from different places. They scheduled the installation the next day. Alex, Edgar and Max were great on site. They did an amazing job doing the replacement, left everything better than it was. They even fixed issues they identified in my ducts in the crawl space. After the installation, they followed up to set up an appointment to fine tune my smart thermostat so I could get the best out of my new systems. Overall, amazing experience with Simply Efficient. I am so happy I chose them to do this job

We have an older home that needed a full updated furnace and a heat pump put in. These guys did a wonderful job; they were straightforward and honest about everything. The price was affordable, and it never increased after they completed the job. I would definitely use them again. They had my full system and replacement done in 1 day....WORKING that night! During installation, we opened the exterior wall for them to place the components in the wall. They said no problem and let us work around them while customizing our job. All the inspections passed without issue. I am extremely satisfied and staying cool this summer!

Simply Efficient was very professional. Showed up in time and investigated the problem very fast. Fixed non-working heater and recommended the correct size of the furnace that fits the size of my house. Although I didn’t end up replacing the unit, I know whom to call when its time to replace it

I had a great experience with Simply Efficient for my heat pump install and furnace replacement. They were the first company I got an estimate from before getting eight more quotes from other businesses. Simply Efficient was one of the lowest bids from the jump and didn't try to upsell me on systems or features I didn't need. They were receptive and adjusted their quotes multiple times based on my requests. They carried top brands (Bosch and American Standard) compared to other estimates in their price range and offered full warrenties. The day of the install went smoothly and was all wrapped up in one day. The installers were courteous, respected my home, and cleaned up after themselves. I kept an eye on their work throughout the day and never saw any corners cut (in my layman's POV). Simply Efficient handled all permits and registered all product warrenties on my behalf. They even scheduled the inspection for me. Both units have been running great and I am very happy with the whole experience. Save yourself some time and money and choose Simply Efficient for your next heating and air project.
