Apex Service Group Heating & Cooling believes in fair and transparent pricing. Service calls start at $50, and all customers receive an estimate before work begins. There are no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the scope of work, equipment, and materials required. Discounts may be available for larger projects and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer's needs and gathering information about the system. We then schedule an appointment, inspect the equipment, and perform diagnostics if needed. After identifying the issue, we explain the available options and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we complete the work and test the system to ensure everything operates properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company brings over 15 years of HVAC and refrigeration experience. We specialize in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and refrigeration equipment. We continue to stay current with industry standards and modern HVAC technologies.
