What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact I will likely ask a few questions to help clarify the job. Then we'll schedule a time to meet, either at your place or at my shop whichever is better for the job at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22+ years of working on computers and technology. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Game Programming and multiple certifications in computer science. I'm am avid gamer and my news consists of new technology releases not current politics.
