Zachary installed a new fence for our new home in Puyallup, and we couldn't be more pleased with its appearance and the quality of the work. I was immediately impressed with Zachary, and my impression that I wanted him to do the work was cemented when he said that if he won the bid, the first thing he would do was contact Call Before You Dig for a locate. I know from my profession how important it is to locate utilities before digging deep holes in the ground. He's a professional who knows his business. We'll have other projects at the new house that need doing, and when we're ready, we'll know who to call. And we've already referred Zachary to other people.

Zach removed our old fence and replaced with the new one. He did it in only two days. When he finished he left our place very nice and clean. He's very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable young man. I am recommending Zach to our friends and neighbors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll send a rough estimate and then schedule a time to meet at the job to take measurements and find out more about the project. I will then send an official quote with all the information that pertains to the job and the customer chooses whether or not to give me the job.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I remodeled an entire home. This included adding a new bedroom and completely gutting and revamping the kitchen and bathrooms. The house looks beautiful now and the owner couldn't be more happy with the work. The project took about 7 weeks from start to finish.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I have heard so many stories about dishonest contractors who get a down payment and then disappear. There are also contractors falsely advertising their skills and end up doing really shoddy work that doesn't stand up through use. My advice to customers looking to hire a contractor is this: pay attention to reviews and photos of previous work. These things can give you confidence that you'll get quality work and customer service.
