He’s friendly pro, Did an expert job diagnosing the problem and fixing it, he ordered and replaced the faulty part came back and installed it no extra charge. He’s the kind of pro who will go above and beyond to get your fireplace working properly. He my fireplace guy from now on I’m enjoying my living room again and so are the pups. Good job John

John is an excellent technician. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated his expertise and friendliness . He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything as he went.
