Budget-Friendly & Transparent Pricing I offer flexible pricing so customers can choose what fits their project and budget: • Budget Rate – $60/hr (1 tech) For simple tasks, quick fixes, or customers on a tight budget. • Standard Professional Rate – $85/hr (1 tech) For typical handyman work, assemblies, mounting, and repair jobs. • Crew Rates – $125–$165/hr Two- and three-man crews available for faster completion on larger to-do lists, cleanouts, or more complex jobs. I always explain expected time, scope, and costs upfront, and if a job goes beyond standard install time or expands in scope, we switch to hourly so everything stays clear and fair. Larger Projects Remodels, demo, framing, plumbing/electrical coordination, and multi-day work are quoted separately as flat rate or time + materials after a walkthrough. These are not billed at the handyman hourly rate.
