Pricing is based on the actual scope, anticipated crew size, labor days, materials, travel, disposal, specialty trades, scheduling, and project-management requirements. This approach allows us to assign the right crew, maintain quality, and provide realistic expectations before work begins. Larger or multi-day projects may require an on-site assessment before a final proposal is issued. Project Minimums To provide dependable scheduling and properly compensate skilled workers, DES LLC maintains minimum service requirements for construction and installation projects. Small handyman tasks may be accepted when they can be grouped into a larger service visit or completed alongside additional work. Quick junk-removal services, cleanouts, emergency availability, and smaller specialty tasks are evaluated and priced separately. Estimates and Consultations Photos, videos, measurements, the project address, desired results, and an estimated budget are helpful when requesting a quote. Some projects may be estimated remotely, while larger, structural, permit-related, or unclear projects may require an in-person walkthrough. Any assessment fee will be explained before scheduling and may be credited toward the approved project when applicable.
