- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum service call is $200, plus the cost of any necessary parts. As a licensed general contractor, I can handle projects of almost any complexity, including plumbing, electrical work, and structural modifications. I am licensed, bonded, and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me a brief project description, photos, and your address. I’ll review the details, provide pricing, and schedule the work. For larger projects, an on-site estimate may be required. I can also purchase the necessary materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, including more than 10 years working in the U.S. I am a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor with experience in remodeling, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, and structural repairs.
