- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive, I do not believe in charging people double just because I am filming a wedding. I give every person the same quality and effort when I work for them, because to me its always about creating a great product regardless of budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and have a conversation with them, the most important thing to me is understanding what the customer wants and what their vision is for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a television production class in high school, a long time ago, and then I went to Clover Park Technical College and got my "Technical Diploma" as a "Media Specialist" my real training has been In the industry, working in television for the past 19 years and running my own production company, both taught me a lot.
