We recently got water damage in our kitchen and the whole main level was affected. Restoration1 of Olympia was very receptive and sent a crew right away to start the work. Will helped me file an insurance claim and guided through the process. If you struggle with water damage don't hesitate to call them and have a worry free mitigation process.

Constantin responded right away to our call and sent us the amazing team of Project Manager Will and his crew, William and John. They are we phenomenal! William and John did an incredible job of cleaning up the damaged areas and making sure everything was thoroughly dry before removing their equipment. They were punctual, polite and did an amazing job. They took a very stressful situation and lowered the stress considerably! Will has been available every step of the way and is helping us to navigate the insurance process. I am so grateful to have Restoration 1 handling this entire project! Looking forward to working with the repair team to get my house back together! Thanks to the whole team for all of their hard work and help! Highly recommended!

In February 2021, I had a water leak from my washing machine valve that spilled into the wall and underneath the floor. I had Good To Go Plumbing come out and take a look and they referred me to Restoration 1 for the water damage. Constantin and his team came out immediately and explained the extent of the damage and the process of repairing everything. While Good To Go Plumbing took care of the plumbing issues, Constantin and his team removed the drywall and partial flooring, dried out all areas and kept in touch throughout the entire process. My hot water heater and furnace (in the garage) had to be removed as the water had damaged the wall behind them, causing mold to begin growing. Constantin brought in space heaters to keep my house warm while the furnace was removed. They did an excellent job and replaced the entire floor in the washer/dryer room with new flooring. The only drawback to all of this didn't have to do with Restoration 1, but with my home insurance. My home insurance took over 3 months to pay Restoration 1 and during that time, my case was transferred to 4 different insurance agents and each one seemed to flake out and disappear. That was the most frustrating part; however, during this time, Constantin was extremely patient with me and not once did he ever call me to ask where the payment was. It wasn't until sometime in May 2021 that my insurance paid out the full amount and even then I had to deal with a new agent to get payment. Progressive needs to find better employees who care. I highly recommend Restoration 1 along with Constantin and his team! They are a great group of people who are very professional and know what they are doing. Thank you again for everything!
