This is the second time I've used Cougar Mechanical. I recalled my experience with them ten years ago and gave them a call to diagnose and service my central air. Their customer service, again, was exceptional! From the lady who answered the phone to the technician who spent 3 hours with us for a full resolution, it was a great experience. He took the time to show me what was wrong, how it could've been prevented - all in a very friendly and respectful way. He also identified another issue that I wasn't aware of with the hot water tank leaking. It all culminated in going through with a full furnace, central air, and hot water tank replacement without having to have a separate appointment for a sales person to come out.While the visit was a bit longer than we expected, it did save us a lot of wait time for the salesperson to come out at some point and then schedule the install. The install is set for tomorrow and we could not be happier! Despite the unplanned expense, we had a lot of good laughs and conversation and would highly recommend them to anyone I talk to. I will certainly be using them again

Dylan Gowland did an excellent job helping me with what turned out too be a few simple issues and at the end. there was no charge! Thanks to the really nice gal that answered the phone on June 16th 2026 she was able to get athe technician at my house within a few hours. These workers for this company made my day a wonderful one Thank you ! i will always Highly Recommend this Company to anyone having Heating or cooling issues.

Ryan was friendly and was very thorough in reviewing what he was going to do, and his findings afterwards. Were on the yearly maintenance plan and it seems like a good deal. Would recommend.10/10.
