A company of integrity. My house has an old furnace (like back when they made things to last) and at first Cougar Mechanical just tried to sell me a new furnace during inspection, claiming holes, headaches, possible carbon monoxide (CO) leak and had me sign a waiver and everything. That whole interaction seemed shady, and my CO detectors never alarmed, so I called Provisions for a second opinion and Vitaliy came out. He was knowledgeable about code, dismantled and cleaned the parts of my furnace that accumulated years of buildup, and suggested which parts should actually be replaced instead of buy a new furnace. He also did a CO test with an actual tester and there was absolutely 0 leak.

Provision provided me with a competitive bid using equipment that has, from my searching, some of the highest reliability in the industry. They answered all my questions, giving me confidence they know their stuff. The install (replacing a heat pump and blower pair) was clean and professional. Long term quality and reliability will be assessed over time, but for now the system is working well and I am very happy with the work done.
