I'm so glad I called Provision Heating & Air for the furnace replacement at my grandparents' rental this winter. The heat quit working one evening, and at first I reached out to another HVAC company that had serviced the furnace in the past. They came out the next day & seemed to get it working again, but by the following morning it was out again. The problem ended up being a failed gas valve, and due to the very old age of the model (30+ years), another such part to swap it out for would be almost impossible to find. They searched far and wide to find the needed replacement part, but to no avail. They offered me a couple options for a more discounted cost, but even then, the quote I got from them to replace the entire unit was quite spendy.Vitaliy came highly recommended to me by several different people for any HVAC work, so before making a final decision, I reached out to Provision Heating & Air for a 2nd opinion & quote. Vitaliy was able to be at the site within that very hour! The problem was indeed the valve. Provision was able to find a replacement for it almost immediately, however, the part alone cost $400, so it ultimately made more sense to replace the ancient furnace. The quote I got from Provision was significantly cheaper than the final bid I got from the other company for the same unit! After signing, Provision was able to come and swap the whole thing out the very next morning, and the new furnace was operational by afternoon!The tenant was very pleased with Provision's speed, professionalism, and quality work. Excellent service with the best price around! 5 stars all the way!

A company of integrity. My house has an old furnace (like back when they made things to last) and at first Cougar Mechanical just tried to sell me a new furnace during inspection, claiming holes, headaches, possible carbon monoxide (CO) leak and had me sign a waiver and everything. That whole interaction seemed shady, and my CO detectors never alarmed, so I called Provisions for a second opinion and Vitaliy came out. He was knowledgeable about code, dismantled and cleaned the parts of my furnace that accumulated years of buildup, and suggested which parts should actually be replaced instead of buy a new furnace. He also did a CO test with an actual tester and there was absolutely 0 leak.
