- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing is reasonable. I wanted it to be affordable for a college student living on a fixed income or someone who is retired. I don’t believe that a quality facial should cost a fortune.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you enter my studio my goal is for you to feel comfortable. I like to have a little chat with you initially and then I will have you fill out a consent form. This form will give me information about you, if you have any allergies and what your skin care goals are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Glen Dow Academy downtown Spokane and completed their certification course. I am certified in Microdermabrasion, chemical peels, Aroma Touch technique.
