We had a weird project where we removed a bunch of the heating/ a/c ducting in order to remove walls. He advised us on how to proceed since our unit was meant to push out a lot more air than we now would have need for. He added a couple runs to 2 bedrooms to help the load of the unit, but was also able to keep us from adding more and putting an air return in the middle of our new open floorplan. Very happy with how it turned out.
