Introduction: I am an architectural draftsman. I prepare construction drawings for you or your contractor. When I am finished, they are ready to be submitted to the building department. I work from my home, so I will come to you. I have a laptop computer that compliments my desktop at home and together, we can get that new garage, addition, or remodel designed just right for you and your family. I also prepare construction drawings for new construction. How much you pay for a project depends on the size and scope of the job. My fees are very reasonable, however. I have designed many lake houses in Coeur d' Alene, ID and many custom homes and additions on the Olympic Peninsula as well as the Spokane area, and the San Juan Islands.
