About this pro

How does your business stand out?

My first priority for webdesign and development is mapping out how I can make sure the website is as search engine friendly as possible, also making time to watch and analyze my clients online competition. My second priority is a secure and safe website which is then wrapped in beautiful package of my graphic design.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I love being able to provide affordable high quality websites that are highly competitive. I'm very obliging and my career gives me the advantage of helping other business succeed while succeeding in my own. Seeing happiness and smiles from my clients because of my hard work is very rewarding to me.

Ravenous Raven offers Talent, Attention and Care!
Heather is probably the most conscientious, attentive and talented Web designer I have ever worked with. She took my requirements and ideas for my company website, and delivered far more than my expectations! I would, (and DO), recommend her to any business person I meet who's looking for excellent Web design!

Heather Wood often uses graphics and themes that are either purchased (or stolen) and then pawns them off as her own work. She typically does not produce her own graphics, or places any energy behind the work she does site. It is well known in the industry that she takes shortcuts when producing work for local companies and then gloats publicly about the amount of money she has made. I'm not sure how much you're trying to save, but it wasn't worth the embarrassment. wow, That's pretty funny considering that's exactly how I sell my web design packages. I have a premium theme package (which you've mentioned above) and I have custom design packages. As far as "producing my own graphics", I think any web design company will tell you, that they don't create every single graphic themselves either. That's why there are digital stores loaded with stock photography and graphics, for web developers to use. It's a very common practice among web design companies. In fact, I invite some of my clients to choose their own graphics when they want to have a little more control. I'm very transparent and honest with my clients and that is why I'm so successful. I'm a great web developer and business woman. I would like to address, that you did a wonderful job wasting your time emailing all my clients and finding all kinds of avenues to deface me on the internet. But my clients know me better than that. I provide excellent customer service. I would like to point out, that you can't gain clients by wasting your time trying to tear your competition down "Jennifer", you gain clients by being respectful to your peers and your potential leads. I work with many web design companies in Spokane as a contractor and any of them would vouch for my work as a freelancer.
