I had a few different companies come out to give an estimate for damage from a leak we couldn't find. The first couple companies gave their opinion on where the leak was coming from. They had good guesses that made sense to me, but that's all they were - guesses. Then Jordan from American Leak Detection came out. He FOUND the actual leak! If I had gone with the other's guesses, we would have been wrong & redone our floors, possibly getting ruined again down the road.
