- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Intake meeting with the client (preferably in person) to understand the scope of the project, goals, budget and timeline. We will discuss options for best achieving those goals. 2. We will send you a free estimate based on the intake meeting. 3. Move forward on email to put together content, images, video, logos, etc needed for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both our designer and web developer recently completed degrees (AAS in Graphic Design and BA in Computer Administration) in their fields. We are constantly learning online about the latest website tools, code development and plugins. Its a never-ending process that is necessary for staying on top of the fast-paced web design industry.
