FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible depending on the level of support you need. I offer both: • Flat monthly bookkeeping packages (for businesses that want consistent budgeting and ongoing management) • Hourly “pay-as-you-go” support (for businesses that just need occasional help or year-end cleanup) I also offer a startup setup option if you’re new to QuickBooks or launching your business, along with optional add-ons like payroll and invoicing. Pricing is always discussed upfront and tailored to the size and complexity of your books — no surprises. If you're unsure where to start, I’m happy to review your current system and recommend the most cost-effective plan for your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and stress-free. Here’s how I begin working with a new client: 1️⃣ Free Discovery Call We talk about your business, your goals, and what level of bookkeeping support you need. 2️⃣ Quick Systems Review I take a look at your current setup (QuickBooks, Square, spreadsheets, etc.) to identify any cleanup areas or opportunities to save you time and money. 3️⃣ Customized Service Plan You choose either a monthly package or pay-as-you-go support based on what fits your business best. 4️⃣ Secure Onboarding I set up access, workflows, and a communication plan so everything runs smoothly right from the start. 5️⃣ Ongoing Support + Regular Check-ins I handle your bookkeeping behind the scenes so you can focus on growing your business — while keeping you fully informed with clean reports and updates. The goal is always the same: ✔ less stress ✔ clean and accurate books ✔ more time and profit for you
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bookkeeping certificate from Everett Community College and have a strong background in accounting and office administration. My career started in the construction industry as an Office Administrator for a commercial contractor, where I developed hands-on experience managing real-world business finances. Since then, I’ve worked with a variety of businesses — including restaurants, bars, and other small-to-mid sized companies — through positions at both a bookkeeping firm and a tax practice. I’m experienced in reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, sales tax, and year-end support for CPAs. I stay current on accounting best practices and bookkeeping technology to provide accurate, efficient, and reliable financial support to my clients.
