- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive with other companies. What sets us apart is our customer service. We offer a 2 year personal labor guarantee, and a 10-12 year registration warranty. We offer rebate with all the local utility companies as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimate with the owner Rusty, who has been working in the industry 30 years. He give his estimate in an email for the customer to evaluate. If the customer decides to move forward, he can accept the estimate online, and we will then call him and set up a time for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rusty, the owner is always taking classes with all his suppliers to stay educated with all the fast changing HVAC world of technology.
