Very professional and honest service. The technician inspected the attic and the soffit area carefully, identified the insects as paper wasps, and explained that there was no visible nest in the attic. Instead of pushing unnecessary treatment, he recommended monitoring the situation and explained that the colony would likely die off over the winter. I really appreciated the transparency and practical advice. Highly recommended.
Details: Residential • 3,000 - 4,000 sq ft • Hornets or wasps
