We had Pacific Property Services do our remodel on our office. John was great to work with, and his work is excellent. We changed are mind a few times and he was always accommodating. The price was fair, and he always explained the charges to us. He came up with solution for problems that popped up. We could not be happier with the finished product. If you are thinking about doing a remodel you should contact John.

This was my first time hiring a contractor in the PNW, and after numerous interviews I selected Pacific Property Service as the services and interaction with John met my project criteria checklist. My project contractor checklist includes communications skills and responsiveness, depth of experience and quality of workmanship, and transparent cost estimate and statement of work (SOW) detailing the scope of work. John met my criteria and worked around my chaotic schedule to find a mutual time what worked for both of us for the work to be completed. The cost estimate quote was on target to what the final total cost of my project was. John was punctual and showed up on time ever day. He is professional, highly knowledgeable & skilled in his craft; he cleaned up the work area each day, making it easier for me (and I'm sure for him to) to deal with the dust and chaos that comes with doing home renovations. He answered all my project questions clarity and made sound recommendations when I was faced with design decisions. My projects involved 2 rooms with extensive millwork and wall finishes and his attention to detail and precision are evident in the final result. I am pleased with the results, and they match what I had envisioned for the 2 room renovations. It is refreshing to find a tradesperson who takes pride in their craftsmanship and understand that the quality and customer relationships are paramount to the growth and sustainability of their business.

When I hired John, I would describe my home as a “job site” was a challenge. Following a kitchen fire last Spring, the upheaval has been so much to process. Had John not had a lengthy construction history, most would have been too overwhelmed to tackle such a project. If you’ve never attempted to live in your home while living out of boxes and weaving through trails created to navigate the maze, all while moving electric cords around to accommodate the electrical outages, then it would be difficult to describe the scope of frustration, fatigue and chaos. Add to that, handymen who show up when they want or don’t finish and abandoned the work or handymen who simply don’t know what they are doing. I have learned the difference between someone who can unplug a toilet and one with carpentry skills. One who has ethics, who conducts himself as a professional, works well with the homeowner to communicate, cleans up the work area when done. In most cases, such an ask would require a hefty pricetag but John was more then fair!
