What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For general handyman work (like a list of misc smaller projects), my rate is $120 for the first hour, then $60/hr after, plus any applicable material cost. Deck, porches, flooring, etc would be priced per sq/ft. Trim, molding, baseboards, railings, etc would be priced per linear foot.
