FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly price and depending on the job particulars I adjust it for travel and vehicle use needs. I believe my prices are reasonable and am willing to discuss them in detail before getting hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually send a quote and wait for a response. I include my phone number so the potential customer can call me with concerns. There are times when there is not enough information for a quote to be submitted. So, I either respond with a non-quote for more information or ask the customer to please call me. I then meet with them to workout the details. Some jobs have to be declined because of state regulations and I try to inform the customer of the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing DIY projects for family and friends for a long time. A couple of years ago I began working for a Property management company. Now, I've decided to be on my own.
