Typical locations include homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and other care facilities, churches, schools, or public meeting spots such as libraries, parks, restaurants, or coffee shops.
*Please note: I provide mobile service only, I do not have a brick & mortar location that you can visit. However, I can meet you at a public location close to me, such as Starbucks, a local park, or somewhere similar (to minimize my travel fee) if you prefer to travel to me.
At this time, I do not offer RON services (remote online notary).
** Please note: if your document signing requires witnesses, in most cases you will need to provide the witnesses. I am only able to provide witnesses in the Stanwood area and the fee is $25 for each witness.
FEE INFO: For general notary appointments, the fees are $15 per notarial act. discounts are available for document packages with more than 6 signatures.
I also charge a travel fee starting at $25 within a 5 mile radius from my home office located near Lake Goodwin. Locations further away are $25 plus $1 per mile for each additional mile (round trip) over the base 5-mile radius.

You can calculate the cost before reaching out by multiplying the number of signatures needing notarization x $15 for the first 6 and $5 each for any additional signatures. Then add $25 for travel, plus $1 per mile round trip for every mile over 5 from Lake Goodwin to your signing location.
The travel fee will vary based on the distance from my home office to your location. **My zip code is 98292 (Stanwood), but my home is in unincorporated Snohomish County near Lake Goodwin (not in the city of Stanwood). To calculate the distance to your location so that you can estimate my travel fee before reaching out for a quote, use Lake Goodwin as my location in your preferred maps app.
If I need to take a ferry to your location, the actual cost of the ferry in each direction will be added to your quote in addition to the standard travel fee.
Loan signing and multiple-page real estate package fees will vary and start at $150 if booked by a signing service or title company. If booked by the signers, the standard notarization fees per signature plus travel apply.
