- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$10 fee per signature/notarial act. My Travel fee starts at $25 and depends on the distance from my home office to the signing location. For example: 0-9 miles: $25, 10-14 miles $35, 15-19 miles $45, 20-28 miles $65, 29-34 miles $80, 35-49 miles $100, 50-74 miles $120, 75 miles and over $150. Actual cost of ferry in both directions will be added to standard fees when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am contacted, I will confirm the job details with the customer so that I can provide an accurate fee quote. Specifically: what type of document is being notarized? how many notarial acts are needed? does the document contain state compliant notarial language or does the signer need to select a loose certificate to be attached? address of the signing location is needed to correctly calculate travel fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I licensed, bonded and E&O insured. I am an active NNA member and hold current NNA certification. I am background screened through both the NNA and Thumbtack.
