- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in fine dining, catering and casual bistro cooking. I also have some experience as a craft cocktail bartender.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started culinary school in 2009 and started working at my first restaurant in 2010.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t be afraid to express your likes and dislikes. Chef’s want their customers to have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
