Tricia did a fantastic job informing us of what was required of the Landlord to securing a well-qualified tenant. We are very happy with the level of service and expertise she provided. She was available, responsive & and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. I interviewed several companies and Windermere wasn’t the cheapest but I am confident that we found an experienced property manager and knowing this is worth the cost. We made the right choice to use Windermere Property Management and Tricia Jacobs as the property manager.

5 star agent! Tricia Jacobs handled my high-end single family residence for 2 years while I was out of state. She found excellent tenants that treated the home as if it were their own. I couldn’t ask for more! This was a great experience and she is THE BEST property manager – worth every penny!

My family and I recently moved here from out of state. Tricia helped make that a very pleasant transition! She is very professional and has a great sense of humor, both which eased the stressor finding the 'perfect' place to rent. I would highly recommend her and hope to have her work for us if we ever need to move again while living in this area.

Our rental was managed by Tricia Jacobs through this office. She worked very hard to ensure that both we and the owners of the property were happy. I always felt that she was an advocate for us, and was more than happy to work out creative solutions to problems. I would definitely want to rent in a property managed by her (and this office) again!

I just finished working with a leasing agent from this office, Tricia, and had a great experience. I am an owner, and I wasn't happy with the leasing agent I used previously, and had to find a new leasing agent in the week between Christmas and New Year's. Many people are taking it easy during that timeframe, and of three I tried to contact, Tricia was the only one who showed any interest in working during that time period. She was fantastic, very promptly responding to calls and messages, and was able to find a new tenant for us during what is a pretty slow month. I contacted my new tenant, to see what the experience was on the other end. This is what she said about it: "Tricia has been very prompt with any questions that we've had throughout the process. Whenever I contacted her, I would usually receive a text/email/call within the hour. Jennie, who does the condition report, was also professional and prompt." Tricia also provided references for service people that I needed, and my only complaint would be that the locksmith she suggested was a no-show, (and Tricia was apologetic when she heard about that) but the others worked out just fine. I was very happy working with Tricia and will do so again in the future.
