Tricia did a fantastic job informing us of what was required of the Landlord to securing a well-qualified tenant. We are very happy with the level of service and expertise she provided. She was available, responsive & and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. I interviewed several companies and Windermere wasnt the cheapest but I am confident that we found an experienced property manager and knowing this is worth the cost. We made the right choice to use Windermere Property Management and Tricia Jacobs as the property manager.

5 star agent! Tricia Jacobs handled my high-end single family residence for 2 years while I was out of state. She found excellent tenants that treated the home as if it were their own. I couldnt ask for more! This was a great experience and she is THE BEST property manager worth every penny!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The State of Washington requires 30 clock hours every two years. I attend many more then the required amount of hours.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers that are local, out of State and out of the Country.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important that you have an experience agent w/in the area. In addition, that the Realtor you choose works full time and is accessible.
