Hello, thank you for checking out Reliable Restoration and Construction LLC. We are a General Contracting Company that does it all! Kitchens, Baths or restoration and rebuilding of damaged homes! If you have a kitchen, bathroom or space in your home you would like updated or repaired we can get the job done!
We provide mitigation and remediation for all types of disasters including but not limited to fire, water, (all 3 categories) mold ect. We specialize in the restoration process and provide a full scope of construction services from working with engineering plans and permits to utilizing our inhouse team to get jobs done quickly and efficiently. We also have a large group of partners we work with and can scale to accommodate any job size or challenge while keeping things moving forward and on budget. We offer free estimates for anything you currently own and can start most jobs within 1 weeks!
We have an inhouse team and take pride in our ability to provide a schedule and budget that can be used through the reconstruction process. We understand the hardships of a disaster or a standard remodel and help you navigate to make the process go as smooth as possible. It is our belief that through communication and proper documentation our system we can make your house a home again!

After fifty years, I decided to redo my kitchen. The kitchen is out of 1973 and beautiful! I'm so happy to have connected with Jordan and Reliable Restoration and Construction. Jordan is amazing. He is honest. He has a wonderful caring nature. He made me feel comfortable right away. He had such great ideas. I need to mention that he also built a new second story deck at the same time. His design for the deck is beautiful. Jordan's crew consisting of Nathan and Eddie were great. They are the nicest guys. They were on time, notified me when they would be arriving. They drove a long way and I never heard them complain about it. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They were respectful and easy to be with. I worked more with Nathan. Nathan is obviously a perfectionist. I am more than happy about that. Watching him tackle the project with such care for detail is much appreciated. I can't express how grateful I am to have worked with Jordan, Nathan, and Eddie. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations. They are the best. I am planning to do more projects with them this year. I feel like I have made three friends.

We provide line itemized estimates for full transparency, we are competitively priced and offer free estimates if you currently occupy the residence.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get out and provide an estimate within a week and can typically start the job within the next week!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 17 years of construction experience, home inspection for 3 years, certified in water remediation, and removal and very familiar with the insurance process.
