Prompt response, with clear communication and easy scheduling. Fortunately, the problem was quickly diagnosed, tracing back to an overwhelmed wall switch wiring that had burnt due to a portable space heater's high wattage, causing all outlets on that circuit to lose power. The wiring and switch were replaced and the power was restored on the circuit. Will definitely call them in the future for any electrical projects.

Edgar at Emerald City was great. He responded quickly and was able to come out for an estimate the same day. Then we quickly agreed on the job to pull some new wire for a thermostat. He and his assistant were very professional and punctual, and they completed the job quickly and efficiently. He even went above and beyond and suggested adding a length of conduit for one end of the run, which added safety and a tidy look. I would hire them again.
