Work was to find the cause of an entire circuit in my living room that was inoperable but the breaker had not tripped. Technician found the problem (outlet with loose hot wire) and repaired it and replaced all the other old outlets on that circuit. Done in under an hour. Very professional.

Our technician, Kyle, was here in a timely manner of our window appointment and was very professional. Kyle made was welcoming and easy to talk to and we quickly jumped into our electrical issue. Turns out our electrical panel was mislabeled, but Kyle didnt make us feel silly about it. Instead offered to re-label or switch the wires around to correct that. Kyle is also going to quote upgrading our breakers as well as another for inputting a surge power. Overall, were very pleased with our service and happy to hear it was an easy fix. I already told them I would use them for any future electrical needs.
