- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never have hidden costs. The amount we quote you is the amount you pay. We take pride in our reputation of being an honest company with integrity. We won't ever try to sell you something you don't need. We offer military and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will come out and do a pre-site inspection to measure your job. (Opener only jobs don't require a pre-site). Unless the doors you are wanting are special project pricing, we will give you your estimate right there on the spot. From there, we will do your deposit and get you on the schedule. Depending on the time of year, our schedule ranges from two-five weeks out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers are all vastly experienced and trained by the best in the business. Our owners have been in the garage door industry for over 30 years!
