- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the scope of each project. We offer free estimates and clear, itemized quotes. While we’re not the cheapest, we focus on quality craftsmanship and long-term value. For larger remodels or repeat clients, we may offer package discounts. We require a signed agreement and deposit before scheduling work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start every project with a quick phone consultation to learn about your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we schedule a free in-person estimate, walk the space, and offer recommendations based on your needs. Once we agree on scope and pricing, we provide a detailed contract, collect a deposit, and schedule the work. Throughout the project, we keep you updated every step of the way and don’t consider it finished until you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, including bathrooms, kitchens, and additions, as well as training in building codes, permitting, and materials selection. I’ve worked directly under experienced contractors before starting my own licensed remodeling business, and I continue to stay current with code requirements and industry best practices.
