- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ML2 Solutions is reasonably priced with a clear statement of costs. We offer price points to help you with your digital marketing needs. ML2 Solutions won’t lock you into long-term contracts. We will work with you to provide the solutions you need that fit your business and its goals. Our pricing philosophy is to be upfront with pricing. Digital Marketing pricing is usually getting a quote after a meeting. We will customize our projects and plans but we believe it is better to be open about our pricing and what you get for that price. We don’t think of this as a negative or a “cookie-cutter” approach. We want to tell you what you get for the price we list. If you don’t see the value in our services, we would be happy to explain what you are getting. Our goal is to develop a partnership with you to help you with your digital marketing needs but also not get into this back and forth negotiation on price. We feel our prices are fair for the services performed. Our goal is to help you get customers and for you to make money. We hope you want to share some of that revenue with us for helping with that effort.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
PROJECT KICKOFF MEETING – We will connect with our clients and plan the next steps including goal setting. PLANNING PHASE – We will create a project plan for the digital marketing efforts. DEVELOPMENT PHASE – This is the phase were the bulk of the work for each digital marketing service is performed. TESTING PHASE – Any testing and refinements will occur next. LAUNCH PHASE – Finally, everything is wrapped up and launched.

I have learned and practiced digital marketing for many years both in my previous jobs and my hobbies.
