We are incredibly fortunate we found this company. They were very easy to work with and very helpful in helping us make the best choice for our floors and installed trim for us. There were also some unforeseen issues that came up, like black mold in the subfloor, and they helped us replace it in a timely fashion. We looked at three other companies before this one and were very happy we decided to try a fourth one and found Work of Art LLC.

Francisco and his team refinished the hardwoodfloor of the main floor in my townhome. They did a beautiful job of returning it to its natural finish. During first visit, Francisco described in detail on refinishing so I can plan our move-out accordingly. We had dogs and cats living for 13 years so the floor was very scratched and marked up. On day 1 of the job, Francisco discovered the stairs at the front door were not secured so they spent extra time to make sure the stairs are installed correctly. The job took total of 4 days. I'm very happy with the work and the value that this team provided.

Please Allow me to explain that it's hard to give you an estimate based on your sqft alone; there are many factors that can modify the price of your project such as specific species of wood, finishes, stains, repairs, the complexity of the layout of your home, removal, and reinstallation of millwork, moldings, etc

I introduce myself over the phone and we set up a free consultation at your place so we can get more details about your needs, that way I can advise you and give you suggestions to help to achieve your dream floor
