Our pricing is straightforward and based on the scope and complexity of the work. We believe in transparency and clear expectations from the start. For repeat clients or ongoing maintenance relationships, we’re always open to discussing long-term service options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation to fully understand the project, goals, and timeline. From there, we provide clear recommendations, transparent pricing, and realistic scheduling. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication so there are no surprises and expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience is rooted in years of hands-on work in facility maintenance and commercial construction. In addition, JOAT Services is an EPA-registered firm, and our team includes Lead-Safe Certified Renovators, allowing us to safely and legally work on pre-1978 homes. We prioritize safety, compliance, and quality on every project.
