To clarify a few points for accuracy: natural stone fabrication always involves material loss due to cutting, layout, and structural integrity requirements. The remaining pieces shown are consistent with industry standards for projects of this size and layout. Regarding the additional charges, the scope of work and associated costs were discussed and approved prior to installation. The supports installed were based on the structural needs of the design to ensure long-term durability and safety. As for the installation adjustments, minor field modifications can occasionally be necessary to ensure a proper fit, especially in homes where walls and surfaces are not perfectly square. That said, we do take any concerns about finishes seriously and would have appreciated the opportunity to address them directly. We value all of our clients and stand behind our work.
