- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For bridal party services of 3 or more, a 25% automatic gratuity will be added to the final balance. This gratuity helps compensate for the additional time, coordination, and personalized service provided for larger groups. Thank you for your understanding and support-I look forward to being a part of your special day! Appointment time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or an additional fee if extra time is required beyond the reserved appointment. If the appointment extends beyond the reserved time due to the late start, my additional time fee is $50 per 30 minutes (or $100 per hour if more time is needed). If your wedding timeline requires services to begin before or at 6:00AM, an early morning start fee of $100 will be added to the final invoice. This fee helps cover the additional time and preparation required for very early appointments. If an early start is needed, I’ll discuss it with you before your booking is finalized so there are no surprises. Bridal parties of 6 or more may qualify for a small package discount once all services are confirmed. For larger bridal parties or timelines that require multiple artists to ensure everyone is ready on time, an additional artist fee of $150 may be required. If applicable, this will be discussed and included in your quote before booking. Confirmation Policy: All appointments must be confirmed by replying to the confirmation email before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If we do not receive a response, the appointment may be considered unconfirmed and the time slot may be released to another client. This policy allows us to maintain an organized schedule and provide reliable service to all clients. The deposit reserves the requested date/time but confirmation is required by 48 hours before the appointment, otherwise the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. No confirmation = no appointment. If I do not receive your confirmation within the required timeframe, your appointment may be canceled and the time slot released to other clients. How long is a bridal hair & makeup trial? Bridal hair and makeup trials are allotted up to 2.5 hours. This time allows us to properly consult, customize your look, complete your selected hair and makeup styles, and make any necessary adjustments so you feel confident and fully prepared for your wedding day. Your trial includes one primary hair look and one makeup look, along with reasonable refinements. If you request significant changes, multiple complete look changes, or additional styling beyond the allotted 2.5 hours, additional time may be required. Additional time is billed at $50 per 30 minutes and will be communicated during the appointment if your trial is approaching the allotted time. My goal is for your trial to feel relaxed, personalized, and thorough while ensuring we have enough time to perfect your desired bridal look. Hair & makeup pricing includes standard bridal/event styling. Highly detailed bridal/event updos, extension installation, extra-long/thick hair, or styles and makeup looks requiring additional time may be subject to an additional styling fee. Services added & timeline changes within 1 week of the appointment are subject to availability and may incur a $25–$50 last-minute scheduling fee. NO deposit submitted for last minute add-ons as well as last minute services will be an automatic $50 additional payment on the final balance. 💳 Card Payment Fee All card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will be added to the total amount due. Cash, Zelle, and other available payment methods may be used to avoid the card processing fee. Wedding-day barber services are available exclusively as an add-on to booked bridal hair and makeup services. Availability is limited and must be reserved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we’ll discuss your event details, desired look, location, and timeline. I’ll answer any questions you have and can even schedule a complimentary phone consultation if needed. Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the deposit is received. Before your appointment, I’ll confirm all details so everything runs smoothly on your special day.
