So i and my husband had a bankruptcy case for Chapter 13 and the process was not hard at all. You fill out the law firms paperwork, submit it to the law office, it gets filed with the court, you have a chapter 13 hearing which is quick and easy and its over. My attorney John Sterbick was absolutely amazing. From the paperwork to the hearing he stood by us. His fee was very reasonable. He explained everything that we did not understand very well. His staff especially Ray, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are on top of their jobs. I would recommend the law office to everyone.

No one wants to find themselves in the vice grips of drowning in credit card debt, paying down just enough to not show as late, then spending every cent of what you just paid off on those same cards in order to survive. I found myself living in this vicious cycle for way longer than I should have, and I felt like I was a prisoner of my own making. My interest rates caught up and I was officially capped out around every corner. Guilt, fear, remorse, depression... all flooded in simultaneously. I finally made the choice to start considering what options I had to get out of this soul crushing cycle.I called one other law office and they scheduled an apt about a week out, then called John Sterbick and was able to get a phone consultation within 24 hours and an in person apt set that same week.After meeting John, he immediately put me at ease. His personality, sense of humor, confidence and knowledge of the industry set him apart from any attorney stigma I could have had walking in that door. They looked at some numbers and were about to figure out pretty quickly that I qualified, and after discussing the cost (literally the same amount as I was paying out each month in astronomical credit card bills), he said the sentence that would ultimately cause my shoulders to drop for the first time in years and a sigh of relief so big, neighboring counties must have felt the gust of air...."stop paying all of your credit card bills immediately".
