Lalainya is a gifted energy worker, teacher, and coach. She was able to intuitvely peer into the subtle dimensions of my life and help me work through blockages. She showed me how to resolve issues and change my belief patterns. I actually can't imagine what my life would be like without her support. My relationships are better; my daily living is healthier; even my finances improved drastically after she coached me in seeing new opportunities and valuing myself and my time. Lalainya is very professional caring and effective as a Reiki therapist. She also has a unique ability to perceive those areas of the body that need special attention. Very relaxing experience! Certain areas that had some pain were substantially relieved. I would highly recommend her.

Lalainya provided an amazing Reiki experience. She made sure I was comfortable, spoke with me about what would happen during the session, and answered all of my questions. Through Reiki, she was able to hone it on energetic patterns in my system and initiate healing and balancing as necessary. I left the table feeling like I'd had a deep tissue massage! Refreshed, renewed, restored. I whole-heartedly recommend experiencing Lalainya's gift for healing and energy work.

I sought a yoga instructor with patience and humility. Lalainya is definitely patient, understanding, positive, & non judgmental. There are other instructors who expect you to be at a certain level of understanding already. As a new student, I find that she is not only understanding but also open to ideas. She welcomes questions as an opportunity to enlighten and share relevant thoughts about the integration of yoga in your overall daily life. If there is any position not held correctly, she will let you know right away. If you seek a knowledgeable, but humble instructor, you will not be disappointed when working with Ms. Rawlings. She listens to your needs, respects/acknowledges your limitations all while encouraging your exploration of self awareness and unlimited potential. This is only my experience and I'm pleased with the results. You will be, too.
