Advanced Cleaning Services

I work alone and will stay until your house or apartment is clean or can come back to finish for extremely large and/or very soiled homes. I have years of experience and have many satisfied customers. The first cleaning usually takes longer, especially if there is a lot of dust and/or clutter. However, after the first time, it wouldn't take me long to clean if I come back on a regular schedule. I provide all of my own cleaning supplies unless there is a special product that you want me to use. I do general residential cleaning as well as move in or move out cleanings. Services provided are the following: bathrooms - all mirrors cleaned - window sills wet wiped - bathtub or shower walls and doors wiped down - (spray used for soap scum or mold) - outside of cabinets wiped down - fingermarks on doors or walls removed - toilets and sinks cleaned - floors wet moped (washed by hand for small bathrooms) - trash cans emptied, lined and wiped out, if necessary Bedrooms - all furniture dusted with pledge or endust - lamp shades dusted with a second polish-free rag - all items on top of dressers dusted off (unless severe clutter, then - I will use a feather duster. - ceiling fans cleaned with a lamb's wool extender (or hand washed with a wet rag if extremely dirty) - window blinds feather dusted - window sills dusted or wet wiped - mirrors cleaned - floors vacuumed (including baseboards) - trash cans emptied and lined Kitchen - counters and all appliances wiped down - cabinets cleaned on outside wherever needed - outside of stoves and refrigerators cleaned - (stainless steel polish used for stainless steel) - ceiling fans cleaned - floors vacuumed and wet moped - trash cans emptied - bags replaced All other areas - general dusting and vacuuming - all ceiling fans dusted - window sills wiped - blinds feather dusted - finger marks removed on walls and doors - all interior and exterior doors cleaned (if needed) - trash cans emptied and lined Move in and move out cleaning - cleaning inside and outside of kitchen cabinets - cleaning inside and outside of refrigerators and ovens - fingermarks and/or smudges wiped from all walls - all floors vacuumed - kitchen floor wet moped (hand washed if small or very dirty) - bathrooms cleaned and disinfected including scum and mold removal from walls - bathroom floors washed by hand (wet mopped if very large) - all vents dusted on outside with lambswool extender - dusting all blinds and inside window sills - windows cleaned (if requested) - cob web removal - all ceiling fans dusted with lambswool extender (wet wiped, if very dirty) - all trash removed Additional services - ironing - laundry - making beds and changing linens - running errands - organizing colthes
