He was off on time, but he got back with me when he was free. The last repairman kept increasing his repair cost. Not him he did what he was going to do and stuck by his word. Pacific Appliance Solutions has been the best appliance repair experience weve ever had. Other appliance businesses refused to work on our outdoor fridge. Pacific Appliance Solutions came out right away to tackle the issue. The fix required parts that were difficult to source but Ivan didnt give up and was able to find the parts we needed, including a new electronic control board. Once the parts arrived he came back out for the install and found the new board to be defective. So he cleaned everything back up and left until a replacement part could be shipped out from the dealer. This 2nd one finally worked. He also had some other troubleshooting to do with the custom install that we had outside but he never slowed down or gave up. Our fridge is fixed and works great! Thank you Ivan and Pacific Appliance Repair! We will call on them again when we need another repair around the house!

Denis has successfully shown up on my repair day of need, at the time scheduled and repaired my ice maker and door water dispenser diligently. He is soft spoken, calm and respectful of me and listens to me. Then explains what work he is doing and shows me what was at fault in my refrigerator. He is keeping my LG 7 year old fridge going. There have been no reoccurring problems. I trust him and that is a rare quality to know I have in him. Thank you Denis for giving me back my water and ice on this 101 day.
