FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I accept all traffic and criminal cases on a flat-fee basis depending on the charge(s). This flat-fee covers all court appearances and everything up until trial. If your case goes to trial there is an additional fee. Any additional fees will be discussed with you up front, put in writing, and fully explained to you. As for other cases, including landlord tenant, the pricing is individualized to your needs and the scope of representation. This usually allows me to assist in your legal matter without charging for services that you will not need.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I first meet with a client, I gather information and listen to his/her concerns and goals. It is important that I know enough about my client to find the right outcome and services to provide.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

After graduating law school with honors, I have worked for Clark County Superior Court judges and represented over 600 criminal defendants. My experience from both sides of the bench helps me negotiate cases and properly approach any legal argument.
