FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge all lessons by the hour. My pricing begins at $55 per hour for SAT and ACT Prep, $60 per hour for the GRE, $60 per hour for the GMAT, and $75 per hour for the LSAT. I am available for College Admissions Application and Essay Editing Assistance, at $100 per hour. Clients pay for each lesson 24 hours ahead. Otherwise, I cannot promise to hold their lesson. The first time a client misses an appointment without a 24 hour notice, there is no charge. However, for any further missed appointments, I charge a Cancellation Fee of one-half the client's appointment charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation to discuss my client's needs. We go over prior test scores and discuss the goals of the tutoring. I explain how I individualize every lesson for each student. I tell the client any materials he or she needs, such as books. If the lessons will be taught Online, I explain how my Online tutoring program works. I encourage my clients to ask me any questions and to let me know how I can best help them.
