Kylie is **incredible**. While I won't be getting married again, I might just make up a reason to hire Kylie again. She stays calm, practical, aware, kind, professional, and helpful in tense situations and when time is ticking. Just three weeks before my wedding, I reached out to her to find a replacement for a coordinator. Though she wasn't around for the planning and visioning stages of my wedding, you would have thought she was upon walking into the venue day-of!! (It was totally gorgeous, better than I imagined in all of my months of planning.) Having Kylie there to take care of things day-of allowed me to relax and actually leave the venue in the morning to .. you know.. put the decorations down, leave, get ready, get married... etc. :) I am so grateful for having found her. She is highly attentive, organized, and works nicely with people to get things done and get them done well. I admired all of her proactive outreach to the various players and vendors, and was glad to know that she took care of things in the background. She is definitely someone you can trust to honor your wishes and to represent you and your event professionally. Beyond all of my praise, my family and friends also commented on how wonderful she was to work with (for those helping set up decorations) and how helpful she was throughout the event. The only regret I have was not hiring her sooner. So grateful to have had her in my corner on my wedding day!!

I booked Kylie to help plan a wedding of about 70 people. She was very pleasant to work with and communicative throughout the process. She frequently kept in touch to discuss details and ensure things were on track. Kylie was very helpful regarding finding and communicating with vendors, maintaining a budget & timeline, and being flexible when we would change our minds or want to look into something new. Would definitely recommend =)

We worked with Kylie for our wedding this year. We chose the Day of coordination service. I was incredibly impressed with Kylie’s on top of it nature. She really went above and beyond in that she helped us organize the little details and make our timeline ( though we didn’t actually purchase full fledged wedding planning package). She zoomed with us two times before the wedding day and was in excellent contact via email. She always had the best questions and got tus thinking about everything so that we had a very organized day that ran on its own. Kylie was always puntual. She even attended the rehearsal and ran us through the ceremony, buttoned everything up. On the day of, Kylie ran the show and me and my spouse were able to have so much fun and not worry about everything, Kylie took care of it all- coordinating with vendors, directing our staff members, telling us when to do first dance/ cut cake etc. I don’t have enough good things to say about Kylie. I would recommend her to anyone getting married. Her full on wedding planning package and day of coordination package are so incredibly reasonable! Next time I think I might’ve done the wedding planning package since she did such a great job and it’s so budget friendly. 5 stars!!!!

Kylie was AMAZING!! She is extremely hard working, reliable, and dependable. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. We had an unexpected and unfortunate situation with our caterer not abiding by their contract and overall being awful, and Kylie picked up their slack and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. You NEVER know what will happen on your wedding day- but if you have Kylie you can depend on peace of mind that no matter what happens you will have someone that can save the day if needed. Seriously, the most sweet person and the most hard working coordinator. During the process kylie was extremely detail oriented and thorough. You will not be disappointed if you hire her.

I charge a flat rate calculated with your event size and planning requirements. This includes all planning/coordination - no hidden fees. Contact me for a quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With you in control, my planning process follows seven major steps: 1. Meet with you to determine event date, time, budget, scope, style, etc. 2. Research vendor and venue options 3. Present options to you, determine best fit together! 4. Make final arrangements based on your decisions 5. Invite attendees 6. Final meeting with you in days leading up to event to wrap up loose ends! 7. Event setup, day of coordination, and clean up facilitation.

I have planned events for nonprofits and individuals for the past four years. Whether you're hoping for a gathering for just a few, or a few hundred, I've seen it all!
