Introduction: My passion is helping clients lose and maintain fat through developing healthy habits and exercise! I have trained professional and Olympic athletes to 75-year-old grandmothers. Our studio offers a wide variety of group training and classes free to personal training clientele. There is never a gym membership fee or sign up fee, you get what you pay for.

Cannon is always professional and I feel safe working with him due to his experience. I always feel like I get my money's worth when I am done with my workout and he has a wonderful personality. I would highly recommend Cannon.

I have worked with a lot of trainers in the past but Cannon is the most creative, motivating, and truly genuine trainer I have ever had. He has always supported me fully in my journey even when I took long breaks from training with him.

    What I am asked to do by the majority of my clients is to help them lose weight and keep it off. So it is not just about exercise, it's about developing healthy habits. Weight loss shouldn't be a quick fix it should be a way of life.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I think it is important that before you hire a personal trainer 2 things must happen. One, an initial consultation, to get to know a little about you and to see if personalities mesh. Two, a physical screen, to see how your body currently moves and to address an muscle imbalances you may have.
