Very good experience working with Ryan from beginning to end. He provided a prompt response to our initial inquiry and conducted an on site assessment of our roof. His recommendations were in line with other roofers we spoke with, and his quote was in range of what we thought the repair should cost. He was available to complete the repair by the next week, which obviously varies by season, but was way better than the months lead time other companies were indicating. On the day of work, he arrived when expected, completed the work quickly, and provided photographs of his work since we couldn't go on the roof ourselves. Finally, he guaranteed his work for a year. All in all, a very positive experience, and we would absolutely consult with him for future work.

Ryan was very professional and presented very well. He fixed the problem in about 45 minutes and charged me his original estimate. Time will tell if the repair worked, but I do believe he found the leak in the roof.
