- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and presents it's own unique challenges to work through. I try to talk through each scenario as thoroughly as possible with the client at the initial walkthrough, and provide multiple options to best suit the clients needs while also working within the budget. All initial estimates are free and there will never be any hidden or unexpected fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out, I'll contact you to set up an initial time to come check out the trees and the situation the client is facing, then come over and work through possible ways to solve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in Arboriculture since 2020 and climbing the last 4 years. In 2025 I earned my ISA Arborist certification
