Zach was amazing, came out to quote the next day, they were on time, finished quick and left the yard in better shape than they started.
I had them cut down part of a giant maple, I asked to keep some for firewood, they even stacked it where my firewood pile was without asking.
They were great!

Heartwood Arbor Care LLC did an outstanding job removing 4 trees and grinding the stumps on my property. Heartwood Arbor care did an outstanding job carefully removing a 120 Douglass Fir tree that was dangerously close to my house. Zac and crew were very professional, and courteous while on my property performing the cutting, chipping and cleanup of the work area. Zach and crew did a fantastic job. Communication was on point, scope of work was priced fairly and work done was thorough and complete. Him and his guys even did some extra clean up around the property which wasn’t expected but a very nice gesture. 10/10 would recommend his services and will work again with him in the future for any other yard/tree related needs. We recently had Zach and his team out to work on several trees on our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what they do.
They arrived promptly, took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, and handled multiple trees with great care and expertise. When the job was finished, the trees looked fantastic—healthy, well-shaped, and much better than before.
Another thing we really appreciated was how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward. Our yard was left neat and tidy, which made a big difference. On top of all that, the pricing was very fair for the high quality of work provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and presents it's own unique challenges to work through. I try to talk through each scenario as thoroughly as possible with the client at the initial walkthrough, and provide multiple options to best suit the clients needs while also working within the budget. All initial estimates are free and there will never be any hidden or unexpected fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out, I'll contact you to set up an initial time to come check out the trees and the situation the client is facing, then come over and work through possible ways to solve the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in Arboriculture since 2020 and climbing the last 4 years. In 2025 I earned my ISA Arborist certification
