We had such a wonderful experience with Korena and would absolutely hire her again! She was punctual, professional, and had a quick turn around with our photos. We have a 2.5 year old son and she was extremely patient, just an overall calm demeanor and did not make us feel rushed. Hi Vika, I always strive to be understanding and flexible with my clients, and I worked with you to accommodate multiple scheduling changes. While weather was a factor, it wasn’t the only reason for rescheduling, one of the cancellations was due to a personal issue on your end, which I was happy to work around. The $50 deposit, as clearly stated in the invoice and our communication, is non-refundable and secures time in my calendar that could otherwise be booked. After three cancellations, all just an hour before our scheduled photoshoot, I had already reserved and held multiple blocks of time that I could not rebook with other people. I value fairness and transparency and stand by my policy. I wish you the best moving forward.

Pricing depends on the project, and how quick the turnaround time is.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like talking to you on the phone or on zoom if you are comfortable with that. I will try to visualize what you want based off your thoughts, and inspirations. As I edit projects, I like to complete a first draft and then get your thoughts. I want you to be happy and my goal is always to create the best that I can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a videographer/editor, photographer, and artist! I have a degree in digital media, and I'm constantly learning new things.
