We had a tankless water heater from my work sale sitting in our garage.. Our old hot water tank went out. We had several bids but everyone just wanted to charge us for a new tank and install and if not they gave us the same cost! NW was willing to do only what we wanted. They installed a proper size gas line to support the tank, gave us a spare tank while we waited for permitting inspection to be done and then installed the tank. We now have hot water all the time with 4 teenagers in the House! The rep was always kind and on top of communications.

They were excellent. Others wanted up to twice as much to install the hot water heater. They were very responsive, the shipment was delayed by three days and they worked with me to reschedule, actually getting their technicians to do the installation on the same day that the hot water heater was delivered.

Great Northwest helped us fix our water heater in just a few days. They were very quick to answer my request for help & great to work with. There was one day where we couldn't get a hold of anyone but they were at our door bright & early the next morning and gave our old water heater a little more life. I would definitely hire them again!

I couldn’t have been happier with my entire experience with Great NW. I had just put my house on the market, had an open house planned and of course a sink sprung a leak. I want to say it was also on a Saturday but it might have been Friday but either way, as soon as I posted the job they responded quickly. They were at my house within a few hours. I was expecting to pay emergency prices but that was not the case. I know this sounds corny but for me they saved the day and my open house. I’m moving out of town but if any other plumbing issues arrive before I sell I will definitely call them.
Oh, they also, after looking at the project, told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost. It was clear they fixed it with the minimal cost possible instead of trying to make as much as they could. It was a small project but they treated it and me like it’s the most important job they’ve ever done. I’d give them 10 stars if that was an option.
