I couldn’t have been happier with my entire experience with Great NW. I had just put my house on the market, had an open house planned and of course a sink sprung a leak. I want to say it was also on a Saturday but it might have been Friday but either way, as soon as I posted the job they responded quickly. They were at my house within a few hours. I was expecting to pay emergency prices but that was not the case. I know this sounds corny but for me they saved the day and my open house. I’m moving out of town but if any other plumbing issues arrive before I sell I will definitely call them. Oh, they also, after looking at the project, told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost. It was clear they fixed it with the minimal cost possible instead of trying to make as much as they could. It was a small project but they treated it and me like it’s the most important job they’ve ever done. I’d give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Great Northwest was able to come out same day to fix our issue. Steve was very courteous, professional, actually listened, and took time to explain the issues in a relatable way. Price quoted was the price presented at the end and the work that was done was high quality. We've definitely found our new plumber!
