United Water Services is a locally owned plumbing and water treatment company serving Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area. We specialize in clean, professional residential service with a strong focus on customer communication, quality workmanship, and long-term solutions — not rushed shortcut repairs.
Our plumbing division provides water heater replacement and repair, fixture installation, leak repairs, disposals, and general residential plumbing services. We also bring years of experience in water quality, filtration, and water softening systems, giving us a unique understanding of how plumbing and water quality work together in the home.

We had United Water Services install a whole house water softening system and they identified some issues with our plumbing that needed correction. Chris Greenwood with United Water took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave us options. He performed the work and came in under budget from the original estimate. The communication from United Water Services, and Chris, was too notch. I recommend them highly for water softener installations or plumbing work.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when visiting our new home and addressing concerns on our list. He was able to provide a comprehensive assessment and diagnose additional concerns with our water pressure system. Our experience with United Water Services has superseded any previous experiences weve had with other companies. United Water Services have been very helpful, professional and informative - helping us get the most of our home warranty; we cant wait to work with them again for our water and plumbing needs!
